Mathematics may or may not be where to learn how to think correctly, that is logically.
However, there is precious little correct thinking out there, let alone in the "news"---the latter being largely controlled by entities that have a vested interest in the news going their way. So here I will be giving examples of correct statements, namely statements which it is difficult, if not impossible, to show to be FALSE.
On the other hand, correct thinking usually occurs when people can immediately and directly see the result of what they are doing. So, here I will give examples where one can see what is correct and what is not.
